This is the most common type of massage, which uses light to medium pressure, and aids in the relaxation of body and mind.

Lymphatic Massage
    “MLD” is used to drain the lymph system bringing the circulation of this system up and removing wastes and toxins from the body.

Neuromuscular Therapy
     This technique is one of my favorites for relieving clients of chronic pain, increasing rang of motion and releasing the tissues that are affected by the firing nerves.

Myofascial Release-
     
This style of Therapy is used to release the connective tissue, fascia, that holds our muscles in a contracted state. By doing this method you allow the muscle to have the ability to go back to its natural state. 

Pregnancy Massage-
    
This is a great treat to get when you are pregnant. With all of the stress on your lower back, ribs, and hips this time can be a miserable 9 months or it can be enjoyable. This style can either be done side lying or with the special pregnancy pillows which allow you to lay face down with full support of your stomach.

Sports Massage-
   
If you have been injured in a sport,need to loosen up before that big competition or be relieved of your tension after the big day, this style is perfect. Focusing on specific areas of need.
